Cancellation and Refund Policy

All private data including Payment Details and Credit Card information will be transmitted securely using 256 bit SSL technology or similar. This is the same level of security available through your web browser when connecting to your Internet Bank provider.

  • Cancellation requests for any paid registration MUST BE received by the Conference Secretariat through email to be entitled to a refund.
  • 80 % REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received on or before August 30th, 2026 after deducting the administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
  • NO REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received through email after August 30th, 2026.
  • Refunds, if any, will be processed post-conference within 15-20 Working days.
  • A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund, as the funds have been received. NO CASH refund policy.
