Travel Grants

Call for applications for Student Travel Grants. ICMGP 2026

A short number of travel grants are available to selected Indian and Foreign students (i.e. two separate categories).

We invite applications from such students (undergraduate, master’s and PhD students only).

Please refer to the following on the method, and the format.

EVALUATION - 1

Applicants are initially reviewed based on:

1. Demographically under-represented backgrounds
2. Demonstration of financial need to be able to attend
3. Overseas Studies or duration of such exposure. The need to have more such exposure.
4. Closeness of applicants to their degree completion

EVALUATION - 2

Applicants who move through the first round of selection are then reviewed on the following criteria:

1. Strength of submitted abstract
2. How this grant will really help you cover the reduce the financial gap and allow you to attend the conference
3. The unique perspective the applicant may bring to the conference
4. Applicant's plans to engage with the community
5. Benefits to personal and professional goals
6. Resume/CV
